Synopsis
太陽正在被「吃」掉，絕望吞噬地球。 ⼀名「平凡」的中學教師葛蕾絲（Ryan Gosling 飾）背負全人類的希望，踏上「太空不歸路」。末路孤旅中，他意外地遇到一位外星萌友，一個同樣身陷絕境的外星工程師，這對「宇宙搭子」成了兩個文明最後的救命稻草。他們能否在資源緊缺的情況下攻克重重科學謎題，尋回唯一的希望火種？
Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out. He must call on his scientific knowledge and unorthodox ideas to save everything on Earth from extinction… but an unexpected friendship means he may not have to do it alone.
