Movie tickets can only be purchased via Chinatown Cinema’s movie channel www.movie.chinatowncinema.com.au by Visa or Mastercard. Tickets can be collected at the cinema.
No replacement or refund for lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. Tickets purchased are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
Prices shown on the website include GST where applicable.
Seat Allocation
Seat allocation is free seating scheme. Customer can choose any available seats inside the cinema.
By purchasing the tickets on the cinema’s website, you agree that we make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or session of the cinema. Chinatown Cinema management reserves the right to assign seats at their discretion.
You agree that we may, at our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale.
Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant movie given by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. Where student tickets are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets.
